About the Role:
You’ll play a key role in supporting project delivery from contract award through to completion. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and subcontractors to ensure every project runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.
Administer and manage contracts including variations and progress claims
Prepare and review tender and procurement documentation
Manage project cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure contractual compliance
Support project delivery teams with contract documentation and commercial advice
What we're looking for:
Minimum 3 years experience as a Contract Administrator working on commercial projects
Ideally a relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar
Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost control and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
