The Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Estimator to join their fantastic team. You’ll play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for ceilings, partitions, and commercial fit-out projects, working closely with the project delivery team, suppliers, and clients from tender to handover.
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation for commercial fit-out projects.
Prepare detailed take-offs and cost estimates for ceilings, partitions, and associated systems.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to source competitive pricing and technical advice.
Build accurate cost models and maintain pricing databases.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project handovers and cost clarity.
What we're looking for:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Estimator within the commercial construction industry with prior experience of working specifically on ceilings & partitions.
High proficiency with CostX estimating software
Demonstrated capability in preparing detailed, accurate take-offs and cost estimates.
Strong ability to interpret building plans, specifications, and tender documentation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
