About the Role:
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to lead and deliver commercial landscaping projects from concept through to completion. This role offers the opportunity for an existing Junior PM or experienced Foreman looking to advance their career who would like to work on prestigious developments for top-tier clients and be part of a growing company that invests in its people through continuous training, upskilling, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of commercial landscaping projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery.
Liaise with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to interpret and execute design intent.
Manage on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and to specification.
Coordinate procurement of plants, materials, and equipment, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and uphold health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Prepare project reports, forecasts, and cost tracking documentation.
Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and professional service.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in within the commercial landscaping sector.
Proven track record working on high-end commercial or urban landscape projects.
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and technical drawings.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
