We are working with a highly established luxury landscaping business known for working with high‑profile commercial and residential clients across South East Queensland.
Are you an experienced landscaping professional ready to take the lead on premium projects? We’re looking for a skilled Landscape Foreman to join a passionate & friendly team. This is a full-time role offering the chance to work on high-end, boutique landscaping projects with a team that values quality and client collaboration.
The Role:
Supervising and coordinating a team of landscape workers to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
Organising and scheduling daily work activities, assigning tasks, and monitoring team performance
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction
Overseeing the implementation of landscaping designs including planting, paving, and structural elements
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a foreman or similar leadership role within the landscaping industry.
Solid understanding of WHS regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe job site
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively across teams and with clients
A valid driver’s licence and experience operating landscaping equipment
