Requirements
Our client is a leading landscape design and construction company working on luxury, bespoke residential, commercial, and government landscaping projects. We’re looking for a hands-on project coordinator to join a company offering an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, the chance to collaborate with respected industry partners, and outstanding potential for professional growth.
About the Role:
Project Coordination: Liaise with site teams and help internal estimating & accounts teams with estimating tasks, support with tenders and monitoring of budgets.
Procurement: Source project materials whilst maintaining budgets as well as procuring new sub-contractor and other required services, fostering strong, new business relationships to ensure schedules are met.
Contract Administration: Assist in the preparation and review of client and sub-contractor agreements, contracts and PO's ensuring compliance and accuracy.
What We're Looking For:
Ideally 2-3 years experience as a Project Coordinator, Contracts Administrator or Estimating role or similar
Ideally a background in either Landscaping or Construction although this is not essential
Good understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, estimating and budget control
Strong organisation and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
Excellent team-work attitude
