Our client specialises in delivering turn-key investment homes with efficiency, quality, and consistency who are now looking for a skilled Senior Contract Administrator to strengthen their project delivery team.


We're looking for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator who is looking to step into a role with genuine ownership and influence, working closely with the Director and who wants to play a key part in shaping the efficiency and commercial strength of the business.


The Role:

As the Senior Contract Administrator, you will take ownership of the end-to-end contract management process, ensuring clarity, compliance, and commercial integrity across multiple residential projects. You will play a key role in refining processes, improving efficiencies, and support strategic decision-making.

  • Lead the preparation and administration of head contracts, procurement schedules, and subcontract agreements

  • Own project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, variations, and progress claims

  • Drive procurement, manage supplier negotiations, and oversee subcontractor performance

  • Review and manage EOTs, RFI responses, authority documents, and compliance requirements

  • Ensure alignment with building codes, contract obligations, and internal processes

  • Provide accurate commercial insights to support operational and strategic decisions


About you:

We are looking for a confident, commercially minded Senior Contract Administrator who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys taking ownership. You understand the pace and structure of volume residential building and are comfortable managing multiple projects at once.

  • 5+ years’ experience in contract administration within residential or low-rise construction

  • Strong experience in the volume home-building sector

  • Solid understanding of subdivision processes, including authority approvals, plan sealing, and service connections

  • Demonstrated capability in managing budgets, procurement, and variations

  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction contracts

  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills

  • The confidence to work closely with senior decision-makers and take ownership of the CA function
